I wouldn't recommend it either. You get used to 1 set of rules and the whole rental office changes staff and the rules change and they don't bother telling you. There are alot of kids running around, police do circle the area, but that is sometimes common in apartment communities. Maintence staff is always under staffed. You do have to wait an awfully long time to get service. I couldn't wait to move.
