We have had multiple problems with staff "misplacing" or "misappropriating" our rent. We have always paid the same amount and one time we were told we overpaid'! Another time we dropped off the rent check in person and then got served a notice a few days later that we were being evicted due to non-payment of rent. We called the office and they said, "oops . . . it's right here, sorry." Kinda ridiculous. I guess they set it aside someplace'' We haven't had any problems with our immediate neighbors being noisy, but there do tend to be people who like to communicate by yelling ALOT just down the way from us. It's hard to know what you will get because it seems like people move in and out frequently and we've only been here for two years. The trash situation is a joke. The dumpsters are always overflowing and it's pretty disgusting that people don't throw their trash away in the proper place. They tell you that only residents can park right by the townhomes, but there's no way that people do that since frequently it is difficult to find a parking spot close to my unit. It's not the worst place to live, but we're moving out.
