I have a problem with these apartments after leaving!! While leaving here I had a few judgements filed on me for rent being late. Of course they were paid or I would have been evicted; well here we are almost three years later and they are still on my credit. I have contacted them several times, I have been given the run around. They tell me to bring copies of my creidt report and they'll have thier attorney remove it. Well, next thing you know all of sudden their in the process of switching attorneys and they dont know which one they gave my info to.
To make long story short, they are still on there and it looks like I'm going to have to go to the district court and pay a fee to go to court and prove to the judge these are paid. I am unable to get a loan for a home or any other kind of loan becasue of these judgements, they are ruining my credit!!! I absolutely HATE the way they deal with this sort of stuff...they are ruining my LIFE!!!
