I moved to GR,MI from another state where I was born and raised. My previous birth place turned from good to bad and back again which is called gentafication.In 11/2004 I decided to move here to be closer to relatives in different parts of the MI, but before I moved I researched and found Apartment.com. I was given many apartment listings and beautiful pictures on their web site so I hopped on the greyhound bus with excitement when I checked many listings given I was terribly disapointed those places were the same or worse than where I came from, some were over exspensive or priced cheap I Know all too well you get what you pay for and less for more exspensive places. I wasted a great deal of money because of phony credit checks and false info about receiving my deposit back they were very deceiving. Finally a very good friend of my son refered me to STONEBROOK with affordable credit check deposit it was just what I was looking for by word of mouth not Apartment.com.The 1ST summer was not so great. I have seen many mgmt teams come and go some good and some not so good. The current team is great Yes, the community went down for a time so I voiced many issues and concerns on many occasions but not COMPLAINTS there is a difference to upper mgmt of stonebrook that threatened the peace and safety in my community. I have a strong background in community activisim. With much prayer and community team work STONEBROOK is #1
