Hello I am a current resident of StoneBrook. My family and I have been living in stonebrook for about 1 year now and I can definitely say they have been more then good to us. When we first came alot of people told us don't move there. people love to sit around and talk things down, but the bottom line is there will always be someone to blame if you like to blame people. The new manager and staff and maintenece do everything to the best of there ability. Most places you move to being apartments or homes, you here such good reports about them not just because of management and staff, but most importantly because of the people within those places. There had been some issues going on were we stayed and instead of us constantly complaining and trying to be scared and silent and BLAIM people. We to the innisiative to get to know the people around us and found out they were dealing with the same issues and instead of complaining to the office, we made sure they were notified about it of course. Then we took the step to become a community a family, No that doesn't mean we are all up in people's buisness. It means we have made sure we could not place the blame on anyone, we are becoming one of those places where people want to live and feel safe. If people feel that something is not going well or it's not getting done and your paying hard earned money for it that is understandible, but I promise you if you be persistent in a respectful manner it will get done. And do Your part as well. Stone Brook has done more than good, they are doing great. And I would reccommend it to anyone who desires to have a home. And no we don't suck up to anyone but we do treat people as we would like to be treated. I have worked with most of the kids in this neighbor hood and they are awesome as well as there families.
