I have lived in The Fountains for about three years. When I first moved in the complex was in fairly good shape. Over the past years, especiallly this last one, the "community" has gone down the drain. Yes, they did remodel on the outside but did a very shifty job. Trash is usually always scattered on the front and back lawn. The children are extremely disrespectful and lack supervision of their parents. I constantly hear kids screaming (at ALL hours), neighbors yelling and fighting, & bass from their stereos. Even though it's supposed to be a rule that residents are not allowed to work on their cars in the parking lot, they do. On top of that, 90% of the time they are also drinking while working on their cars. Nothing is enforced, therefore nothing is done. Vehicles are always racing away from the lot, and one of these times a child IS going to get hit. I have entirely too many issues with this complex but the worst part about it all is that segregated. The front part of the complex is usually kept up fairly well and noise is usually never a problem. (I know this because I lived in the front at one point.) There are decent families living in the back, just as I'm sure there are misfits in the front. I would like to continue, however I'm afraid I may offend some people.

Wow you lived there for 3 Year's and you whine about it. Hmmm seems like your the problem with the community because any normal person that doesn't like something won't stick with it for 3 year's lol.
You sound like a disgruntal Old person who doesn't like anything :)
