Apparently you have WAY to much time on your hands.....WOW I believe it is obvious to all that when a company charges MORE than rent, it means A) you were always late on your rent...HELLO???????Heard of late fees? B) you damaged the apartment , which if thats the case than everyone else is probebly glad your not living their anymore..and living in an apartment for LESS than a year? Probebly evicted! LOL

I don't know about extra fees. I do pay pet rent, but I can tell you as a resident of The Fountains, management does NOT care about their residents.
