The Fountains From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I've lived here for almost a year and a half and I wouldn't recommend leasing here. I was robbed four months ago right in front of my building. I understand that this can happen anywhere, but the reason I say I don't recommend leasing here, is because less then a month prior to my robbery a woman from my building was also robbed right in front of the building. Management did nothing. They didn't inform anyone, they didn't send out notices, or hire any kind of security. I found out from the police that there had been a prior robbery. I feel that's completely irresponsible of the management company. I think it demonstrates a complete and utter disregard for the safety of their residents. I believe the only reason they didn't inform anyone is because they didn't want people moving out or not renting because of what was going on. It's my opinion that the opposite would have been true. I think the residents would have appreciated being informed, and would've felt safer knowing management was looking out for their best interests. If you decide to rent here, be warned. The letterhead may say "We care", but they really don't.
