My boyfriend and I have lived in the Fountains apartments for two years now. When we first moved in everything seemed to be going pretty good, until we got settled in. The furnace in our apartment was broken and would only work if you put it on 90degrees, management had the adacity and nerve to accuse us of not knowing how to use a thermostat. After threatening to move out (three months later in the dead of winter), they sent the groundskeeper over to fix it. Which it never got fixed so they moved us into another building. This building had some of the most nasty and disrespectful residents that I've ever seen. They played loud music at all times of the night, left garbage in the halls. Broke the security door too many times to count. Also they hung their laundry on the balconies, which really made the whole environment look bad. Not to mention the duck droppings that are left on the sidewalks by the hundreds of ducks that walk around outside. Management has done a really horrible job of maintaining these properties and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay AWAY!!!!

I also had a similar problem with the furnace. It quit working, and then maint. came out to fix. But then it wouldn't shut off, it kept running until it got so hot I had to manually turn it off. They also acted like I was stupid and didn't know how to work the thermostat. I believe it took three visits from maint. to get it working properly.
