I just renewed my lease for a second year, and I've never been happier with an apartment. The building is unique and beautiful - not just standard biege. The neighborhood is full of interesting people and right by the best part of downtown (Monroe Center). The community areas are comfortable and the people are really friendly. Anytime I have a question, the office manager drops whatever she is doing to help. She makes it a point to remember everyone's name (even though there are a lot of us), and she will go out of her way to help out. They even have bikes that they loan out to residents!

I was so tired of living in apartment complexes without any personality or community, and I've finally found the right one.
