The Lofts

Ever since I moved in the lofts everything has gone downhill. When we first moved in we were excited to live downtown and next to everything. We soon found out how fun it is to live in a place that constant problems with neighbors. Every weekend there are bottles broken, vomit in the elevators, and all kinds of nasty stuff. This only happens when the elevators are working however. One elevator has been broken for over four months now and the other frequently stops for hours and is not fixed on the weekend until Monday morning. This has been a bad problem gone worse because the new property management is in the office less than 25 hours a week. So all in all I would not recommend this apartment to anybody. The maintanenance is quick however if you can actually get a hold of them usually the workmanship is sub-par. Another problem with living here is the salon downstairs. The people who work there frequently park in the entrance so that when residents come back from grocery shopping there is often nowhere to park. Oh and last but not least, have fun with all of the homeless people who often find their way into the building when maintenance does not fix the doors when they brake.
