Awful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   How this place maintains a reputation as being an upscale place is beyond me. A good example of the way the management and maintenance operates is the whole heater incident. The apartments had 30 year old electric heaters that would rack up electric bills in excess of $250/month (for a 700 sq ft apartment!) in the winter, that is, IF it worked! Several times I came home to NO HEAT and VP took their time to fix it, never offering any alternative arrangement for me or reducing my rent for when I couldnt live in my apartment. Thats very typical of the management. To their credit, they were offering to replace everyones heater with the new high-efficiency gas heater, but ONLY with a new one-year lease renewal!! It was outrageous. Oh yeah, if you enjoy hearing your neighbors through the wall, including crying babies, passionate lovers, and barking dogs, this is THE place for you.
