I have lived in Viewpointe for a year and will not be renewing my lease this month. My apartment is pretty good size and it does have a washer and dryer but you can tell they are old. The paint and workmanship is horrible, they just paint over anything on the wall. There is no cable outlet in the bedrooms and its not possible to get one put in. Also you can hear your neighbors pretty well. The maintenance isn't the best, they don't even salt the parking lot in the winter!!! Parking is a nightmare most of the time since they are CONSTANTLY working on the parking lot. I would estimate that 3/4 of the time I've lived here part of the already small parking lot has been closed. And heres the main reason Im leaving...the location at this busy intersection of 28th and Breton. If you need to get anywhere fast, good luck. Traffic is always awful and it takes 20 minutes just to get to the highway. Overall my living experience hasn't been horrible but for almost $700 a month I would rather live somewhere a little more up to date.
