This is definately an "affordable" place to live. That's not always a good thing. Its noisy, dark, not locked, broken, flooded, trashed, pest infested and don't count on the maintenence people to actually fix anything. They'll take your work order and stop by your appartment to see that it's broke, then sign off on the order and do absoultely nothing. The parking lot has potholes big enough to eat your car. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing. Generally it's a mess and nobody seems to care one bit.
