They had a good maintenance and office staff for a short time then Management got rid of them. Staff never stays more than a year at a time. They either get smart enough to quit or get fired for no reason. Things just start to get better and then they bring in someone new. 90% of the management is shady. They seem nice on the outside but get to know them and look out for the knife in the back. The apartments are very big size but dumpsters overflow, potholes everywhere, kids are terrible, doors never stay working and locked, etc. If you are looking for size and only size then this is the place for you. If you want decent people that care or a nice enviroment anywhere else would be better then Brookline Management. It has always sucked and always will suck!!!!
