I heard about these reviews from my teenager and decided to look for myself. I am really upset to read some of the things that have been written, because I know that they are just simply untrue. I can understand being mad that you are getting evicted because you can't pay your rent or you act crazy and they are making you leave. The fact is though, you should be mad at yourself, not Walnut Hills or wherever you are getting the boot from.
This is a great place to live. It's a huge apartment for a cheap price, heat is free, and I don't pay extra for my dog. The staff is all new since this summer and they are really nice. With the new workers, anytime I have needed something fixed they have been there that day or the next day to take care of it.
