I don't live in Walnut Hills, but my grandmother lives in the condos across the way. She complains that the apartments are filled with bad people, disrespecting everyone and everything. I drive over there and I lock my doors driving through because I don't trust the shady people walking down the road, that by the way, don't move for you. I have a car that weighs a ton, I would move if I were you! My grandma told me she saw some kids hurting and abusing the ducks that are there in the dirty disease-infested pond. Those poor ducks have their wings clipped so they can't fly away, and those little ----- kids torture them, while they're parents are inside doing drugs. From my point of view, stay away.

The things this person said are completely untrue. First of all, the ducks & geese that live around the pond DO NOT HAVE THEIR WINGS CLIPPED. The residents here feed the ducks and geese and certainly would not let kids hurt them. Also, Walnut Hills is a small community compared to the other apartments that are back here. I doubt that the people walking in the street are strictly Walnut Hills residents. And about the drug comment, everyone who lives here has passed a background check, and you can't live here if you have ever had a drug charge (no matter how big or small it is). I am sick and tired of people saying things like this about our community. Maybe you should go get the crime statistics-Walnut Hills medical calls, crime calls, suspicious calls, etc. have gone down 55% since 2002. It's getting better out here every day. If you were informed by reliable sources, you would know that.
