My husband and I moved in a second floor apartment that was horrible! We had a major leak in the living room that never got repaired right. Wouldn't doubt if mold was growing under the carpet with all the leaks. Terrible neighbors. The front door was always crowded with smokers and kids. The smoke would come in the windows all year round. We had 4 evictions going on around us that made our living miserable. Pit bulls everywhere!! I finally had enough and moved to another apartment within the complex on the other side to stay in the lease. Much better view and quieter neighbors. We still have the occasional party within the building but nothing like it was! Now we have terrible bee problem (all buildings) that management is fully aware but is doing nothing about it after these 3 months!! The bees are very viscious and are nesting within the wood siding!! No one wants to go out on their patios or through the entrances in fear of being stung. Would not recommend.
