We have lived at Walnut Hills since April 2006 and we are moving as soon as our lease is up this year. When we first moved into our apartment everything was great. It has just been in the past eight months that everything has gone bad. Every time I go into the leasing office there is always a different person working. They are usually friendly but rarely helpful. It takes at least two weeks for anyone to respond to a request for maintenance. And when they do respond to the request the job is half-assed.

They do not plow the snow out of the road/driveway - it takes several days after a snowfall before anyone comes around with a plow. When they do come around it is one swipe down the middle of the road. My boyfriend had to push our neighbor out of her parking spot because she got stuck, and when we called the office to let them know what was going on they told us that there were several people out working on snow removal (however, we didn't see anyone for two days after that).

One of the apartments in our building had two pitbulls in it that were never put on a leash. These dogs were left in the apartment all day and barked everytime they heard someone in the hallway. I called the office several times to complain, but nothing ever happened.

I know the price looks good for the amount of space you get, but run away from this place!
