frequently unlit parking, numerous vehicles vandalized, frequently broken washer and dryers, biased rent pricing (some people have been here for years paying $605 / month while others are paying for $700 for same apartment), snow within windows in winter, leaky windows, ceiling came down 3 times in living room, poor view, horrible potholes, inadequate sized air conditioner (hot box in summer), main building door either is propped open all the time or broken, dog restrictions not enforced, smoke alarms are not updated with new batteries and beep all the time, maintenance issues are "patched", unplowed and unsalted parking lots and sidewalks, frequent Nigerian parties in parking lots all hours of night, unleashed dogs, excrement not cleaned up, drug dealers, children & adults running down hallways (all hours of night), neighbors smoking pot and having parties all night, and local cops said "not a good neighborhood to live in. We're always called out here." Under new management that allows problematic people here because money means more than good tenants (no security deposit). Don't even consider living here - Consider these comments as a warning! No exaggerations! SAVE your MONEY for a SAFE place to live!! Don't live in "RENTwood".
