Back in December my boyfriend and I decided to start looking for a new place to stay for the simple fact that our lease is going to end at the end of May. We looked at so many different apartment complex but out of all of them Walnut Hills caught out eyes the most. We called Walnut Hills and made an appointment to see the place and filled out the application. The consultant called us back indicating that we didn't qualify because of not having enough credit established, so she tells us if we get a Co-signer with good credit, we would for sure qualify for the place. My boyfriend's Father with flawless credit who Co-signed for him he's first year of college, agreed to co-sign for us. We called the consultant asking her if our application was still on file , because she new we were getting a co-signer, when we asked her, the way she answered I already new she threw them away. She said she had them and took our co-signer's application and money anyway. She called us back saying we still didn't qualify and that we make enough money to live there and I'm thinking what's the problem than' She treated us differently after we didn't qualify without a co-signer and simple as that I got the vibe that she didn't like foreign people. I seriously think she shred our information and stole our co-signer's money for the application fee and never even processed he's information for us to qualify. We talked to a manager the next day because we needed to know why we didn't get in and the manager told us the only way we wouldn't qualify is if our co-signer have bad credit, which he didn't and by far have the best credit score. By the end of the day I would like to let Walnut Hills know that we used the same Co-signer to help us get into Castle Bluff Apartments and we got in just fine and are moving in on the 15th of this month. My boyfriend and I are happy to say that we are very happy that things worked out the way they did because, we are now going to live some where bigger and better.
Big shout out to College Hill Apartments, a great place to live in especially if you're a college student.

I thinks that is completey un-true. The Office staff has always been nice and friendly and Diana is a total sweetheart. And how can you rate where I live if you never got approved???? The reason they have income and credit screening is to keep people like your self out!! Good Job Walnut Hills We don't need you living here have fun at Ghetto Buff. "Big shout out" to you and your rejected co-signer(Who says that anymore??? Really???)
