where should I start. The begining was good. we had no issues until the first winter we lived here. The master bedroom was 10 degrees colder than the rest of apartment. The office and maintence staff took forever to respond to issue. I finally got sick of complaining and put 7 blankets on my bed. In the spring some birds decided to live in our A/C vent when the A/c was turned on by my neighbor and I the birds died.( we did not know there were birds in the vent until it was too late). Anyway the bedroom literally smelled like something died, they took 3-4 days to fix the problem and then 2 more weeks to clean up the bird mess in the vent. Winter rolled around again, still not alot of heat in the master bedroom. they said the air was flowing when it clearly was not. We put up plastic sheeting on our window which took 3-4 weeks to get approval for. In the winter they don't plow the road until the snow is packed down (3-4 days after a storm). My car got stuck many times, they don't shovel sidewalks on weekends at all. During the week it does not happen until mid afternoon.
We currently do not have A/c our furnance sounds likea jack hammer when it is turned on and some how the maintence person , can not figure anything out and has stopped showing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, they do not enforce parking rules let people park in the road, the buliding doors are unsecure- refuse to come fix them or when they do it breaks immediately. Broken washer and dryers 50% of the time. Also let section 8 residents stay in apartments ( which is fine) but, there are 12 people living in the apartment. There is constant traffic back and forth and no parking spots for the residents that live in the buliding. Horrible neighborhood, gun shots heard often, unsupevised kids running around, and they do not enforce their dog policy at all.
