Waters House is a great place to live. The landlady is very personable and knows (as far as I know) all of her tenants by name. She also makes an effort to keep rent down as much as possible. In the 3 years I've been here it has only been raised once and only $25/month. Maintenance problems seem to get fixed very quickly. I've never waited more than 24 hours for even the most minor request. The pool is cleaned once a week (and it is really nice to have during the summer). The bathroom and kitchen are quite small but the living room/dining room and master bedroom make up for it.
