This is a great little apartment complex- located right outside downtown GR, but very affordable. Covered parking available for $15/month if you choose as well. It is the quietest building I've ever lived in- I've NEVER even heard my neighbors, but I've seen them, so I know they exist! It's safe with a locked entrance and the residents range from college students to elderly folks- a nice mix. Highly recommended!
