Noise and Trash

If you have lived here or currently live here when I say TRASH you know what I mean. I've never seen so much trash pilled up outside of a dumpster and The walls in the apartment were so thin, it was possible to hear anything. The old lady in the office kept trying to get me to rent a 2nd floor apartment which I did not want, I never understood that. Overall I just did not like my stay here.
