Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
overall the buildings are great there are wasp problems in some buildings but the thing that eggs me on is the lack of soundproofing. the apartment walling is thin so if your making anytype of noise be warned your neighbors can hear it. also none of the appliances that come in the apartment are powersaving which means if you use any of them your going to be paying alot of money on your power bill. but the community is great people are nice.
