Expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   I lived at Woodland Creek for about two years. I had a one bedroom with a small den, kitchen living room, etc. The maintenance department was very responsive, even with after hours calls. The management was inflexible. This is an expensive property. Sales consultants wheel and deal you until you sign the lease and then don't even recognize you walking down the street! However, the grounds are well maintained and it's clean.
