The menagment WILL NOT work with you on your issues and concerns. It's like dealing with bank and IRS they have more rules and fees then all credit cards companies combined. WATCH OUT!!!I would not recomend at all. Lived for two years. My appartment got flooded because of fire on top floor and they still charge me for carpet and other stuff. Apartments are VERY noisy from room to room. My roomate could hear computer mouse clicks from my bedroom. It's crazy. You pay seperatly for everything water, trash, maintenace, rent, parking, electric, cable ect.

Wow!!! things must have changed...well no, I actually moved to WC 2001 and I have NEVER paid for water, trash, maintenance, parking, or cable!! What the heck are you talking about!!??! My only bills for this place were rent, heat, and electric. They have free extended cable which is everything but premium(HBO, Showtime, ect.) The carports are included, which I only use in the winter because parking is ample The only fee you'd pay for parking would be if you wanted a garage for more storage. I know that everyone has different experiences, but come on. Maybe you have a grudge because of an incident with them, but keep it real, these people would like to hear facts, not vicious lies because you probably didn't pay your rent and got thrown out. I can't think of any other reason why you'd make up such things...it's kind of funny, but you should be ashamed. You are way off on the truth here. I think we can figure out what you mean by they will not "WORK WITH YOU" on your issues. Hint, Hint, Nudge, Nudge, Wink, Wink. Yeah most places won't "work with you" when you don't pay rent which was obviously the "issues" you refer to. They're not really in the business for that. No wonder you've had run-ins with credit card companies, banks, and the irs...how dare they want their money in a timely manner!, the Scoundrels!! ha ha ha. Welcome to the real world.
