Save you money - too $$ for very little

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Lived here for 1 year - alright place but very overpriced for Grand Rapids. Moved 10 minutes down the street and reduced rent by $200 per month with more amenities. Kitchen & bathrooms are dated with old appliances that break often.
