Great Deal!! Loved it!! Miss it... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I lived at Woodland Creek for 4 years, and loved it. Yes, it is on the pricey side for apts. in this area, but I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I loved the location, curb appeal, management, maintenance, quiet atmosphere, club house(though pricey to rent, I have great memories of parties I had there), and indoor pool/jacuzzi. After you add all the things included, extended cable (that saved us at least $70), carport (most places charge a fee), gym membership(if you use it, which I did faithfully) you really can't beat it. I'm sad that I moved to...well I guess I can say it since this is Apartment Ratings, to Regency Park Apts.(long story), but it definitely made me appreciate and miss Woodland Creek. So if you're financially ok, but not ready to buy a house, great place to live! If you're on a super tight budget, yeah look elsewhere, but keep your head up.
