I was a happy resident of Woodland creek for 18 months till just last week when they switched cable providers from Comcast to Suite Solutions Technologies. SST basically resells Dish network so you have all the downsides of a Dish versus cable. And worse yet, because they are rebroadcasting it out to the complex, we can't even use all the advanced services that Dish Network Offers. Want DVR, forget about it. Want High Definition local channels like ABC, NBC, and FOX, forget about it. And god forbid you want a High definition DVR like I had from Comcast. That is not even a remote option.

Then there is cable internet. Not only does the Internet drop ever hour or so. When it is up, we are treated to about 1/30th of the speed of my non-upgraded Comcast Cable Modem. I dont know how anyone could call that a value. Pages are slow to load, god forbid you want to watch a movie trailor or soemthing without it having to download first.

Customer Service has been less than stellar as well. This is one area where it would ahve been easy to beat Comcast, yet they fail miserably. During my install I was told that my Internet and TV service would be active in the next few hours.... fast forward 30 hours later and I had to call customer support to activate my modem.

I've heard many reports from other residents with similar problems.

Do no support this complex since they obviously do not care for the wants and desires of thier residents. They simply are out to make a buck.
