I have lived at Woodland Creek for almost 9 years. Skippy and the the whole maint. crew do a great job, and are prompt as well as polite. I have never had a bad issue with the office staff either. I've seen the guys on the carts all over the place for years, and have never had an issue with how they drive them. The monthly get-togethers they have are awesome, and diversified. They are always varying the "themes" for variety. I would definitley recommend Woodland Creek.
