Nice place, poor management

Pluses
--------
Location, nice floor plans, apartments are fairly nice, landscaping, when they included comcast cable it was very cool (discontinued).
Minuses
--------
Management is pretty much incompetent. Over the course of living here for 2 years I have had several problems with them. They often have meetings in the middle of the day and you can't get a hold of them all day. They have an answering service that does nothing but tell you that they're in a meeting or that they left early. I find it unacceptable to not have someone to answer the phone in the middle of a working day. Any kind of paperwork where you have to count on them to do something they've pretty much messed up every time. Not only are they incompetent, but they've managed to select a cable and internet provider that is even more incompetent than they are. I could write a book on all the problems we've had with the cable company, Suite Solutions Technologies.
