We lived in Woodland Creek apartments for 1 year and really enjoyed living there. Our apartment was perfect for us. We had one bedroom with a den. It had a huge closet, kitchen, and bedroom. We had a few problems with the shelving falling off the walls and with the garbage disposal but the maintenance would come right out and fix it the same day. We also had to call a couple of times for an emergency (gas leak in the building) and they came out right away. We could hear the people above us walking around and their cats running through their apartment but nothing out in the hallway or next to us. It was mostly quiet.
One thing that we didn't like about the apartment was living on the ground floor. Apparently they have problems with "peeping toms" and we were unable to keep our windows open.
We had a really nice stay at the apartment and would recommend you to live there.
