Not great, but liveable

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The apartments are old and I have had many problems: broken buzzer, air conditioner, heater, and garbage disposal. I have had continuous problems with ants in the bathroom (on a 3rd floor apartment)!! The only good thing about these problems is that they are always fixed promptly. However, the office staff is unknowledgable and rude. I would not recommend these apartments.
