I have just moved here a couple of weeks ago and so far I am very pleased. The management has been nice, the maintence rocks! I had a couple of issues with some things and maintence came over within a half hour and fixed them. Not just one item, he fixed them all. I have to admit also that when the maintence guy came over, he was grudging and moping like at other apts I have stayed in. He was pleasant to chat with and really seemed like he enjoyed his job which made a good impression. The only grudge I have so far is the cable box is 5 feet in the air in the kitchen. Hmmmm, I guess I just dont understand. But anyways. Thats my review so far.
