Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Maintenance staff enter apartments without permission, clueless desk staff that give false information upon lease signing, poor ventilation in apartments, cooking and smoke smells travel extensively through ventilation, air conditioners are old and cause mold in the apartments, hot water is frequently unavailable, occasional unexplained power outages
