Older construction but well-maintained, mature trees & shrubs, very nice landscaping. Quiet units, plenty of space & well-laid-out. SUPERB location right behind mall, bike/walk to work, shopping, kennel. Pet-friendly to friendly pets. Very nice recreation center w/indoor pool, exercise room, common room w/widescreen TV. Great place to go if you're snowed in but need out of the apt. for a bit! No noise or safety issues. Had my bike stolen, but that's the only unpleasant thing.
