I have lived at Woodland Estates for over a year and I love it here.

I am a college student and this location is exactly what I was looking for.

The staff is very friendly and responsive to my issues.

They have a huge clubhouse and a business center that I use all of the time. I can go in and spread out my work on the tables and the wireless intranet allows for me to do my work using my computer.

Oh, the pool is awesome. It is an indoor pool with a hot tub and locker room. How cool is it to swim in the winter.

This is a great place to live, you should check it out.

I am sure this was written by an employee of Woodland Estates. Unless you are a person used to living in a very downtrodden enviroment, there is no way you would think this complex is awesome. What is awesome about it? The dirty grounds? The unruly children? The horrible hallways with 20 year old carpet? Please back up this claim to this being a great place? Look around you, I am not just saying these things. All you need to do is drive through the complex. Not by by the leasing office, did you notice that there are flowers lining the walkways leading up to the buildings? Now ride through the complex, do you see other buildings with flowers and landscaping? No, it is part of their deception to prospective renters!!!
