This apartment complex was the worst that I have ever had anything to do with. I loved the floorplans and it really looked like a wonderful place. And it was up until the bugs invaded our home. I called the office everytime one of these mystery bugs appeared. I even caught a couple and took them down to the staff in the office. They refused to call the exterminator because it "cost too much". I moved in Jan.4 and had to live with these bugs until July! Finally, after having the exterminator out 5-6 times, they realized they couldn't take care of the problem. However, when I would call to speak with Shelly, the property manager about it, she would act like she had no knowledge of any bugs. Okay....that's why the exterminator has been out so many times.
Finally the Regional Manager let me break my lease after 6 months of infestation. On my move out day, I went to turn in keys at the office (they were supposed to be open until 5:00)I got there at about 4:45 and they were closed. I put a note in the dropbox stating that I was there at 4:45 and what was happening. I came in on the next business day and turned in keys and nothing was said to me about anything. Now, 3 weeks later I get a bill for more than what one day is worth!
What scam artists! I've called corporate 4 times and Shelly and no one will answer me. Complete cons...I advise you to stay away from this entire company.

Wow! I lived at Woodland Estates for a year and would never, ever live there again...I am totally not surprised at the lackluster performance of the management. Just awful. For 700/month for a 2 bedroom...your better off buying a house. So sorry to hear about your bug problem...but I'm glad to hear you are out!!!

What a lie that is. You obviously have no clue what you are talking about. This place is wonderful and I would recommend it to honest people looking for a good home at decent price. Nothing to complain about service, they are always there when you need it. I never had bug problems living here for 3,1/2 years. Resolution to avoid any bug problem is keeping you apartment neat and clean!
