Nine years ago when I moved in, it was a great place. Now, it is run down, the grounds look terrible, and the class of people in here is aweful. Trash all over, liquor bottles falling off balconies. Supposedly not a dog building, but two of the twelve units in our building have had dogs. Some units have up to 4 college kids in the unit. No place to park, and they have parties on weeks ends...noisy and then even less places to park. Dumpsters overflow onto the grounds, and the security doors, what a joke. Anyone can, and does get in. 12 units to one laundry machine. Can never get laundry done. Maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds look awefull. I complained of gang graffity on our hall and stair walls a year ago, and the writing and symbols still there.
It was a nice place to live, now I feel like I live in the ghetto. We never invite friends over. Ashamed to have them see where I live. Most neighbors are either really rude and avoid you all together, or will acknowledge you if you pass in the hall. Plus, the area is so busy, can hardly get in or out off the East Belt Line, and people cut through from Burton Street, to avoid the light at the Belt Line. Very busy. Hard to get in and out. We've had roaches and mice show up recently, too! Looking to purchase a condo. Want to get out of here soon!

I totally agree. I lived there and could not wait to get out!! Not at all worth the money...no way!!
