The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Wyndham Hill is that the walls are really thin and you can hear EVERTHING (conversations in neighboring apartments, showers running, parking lot noise, etc.).
The second thing I think of is the office staff. Not all of the staff is knowledgeable of the community policies. The staff can be friendly, but also quite rude at times (especially if you call them after hours for a maintenance emergency).
Our apartment was in need of some TLC (worn and dirty carpets, missing shower door, rusty dishwasher).
Be aware that you can only use Suite Solutions for your cable/internet service. Their cable options are fine, but the internet offered is quite slow.
Don't get me wrong, I have some positive remarks, too. The maintence staff is quick and friendly. The garages are big enough for large cars plus extra room for storage. The washer and dryer were full-sized and new.
