My wife and I have lived at EagleBrook for over a year now and we've had a bit of a mixed experience. It was good at first, but now we can't wait to move...
The Good: -Safe -Nice Area -Newer construction -Inlcludes Washer and Dryer -Carwash station available
The Bad: -The landscaping is not maintained -Parking is inadequate, especially in the winter -Cheap construction materials -You can hear every footstep of the people living upstairs -Very expensive (and getting more expensive each year)! -Ants everywhere! -Water collects in our garage after a rain storm -Dish washer seems to make dishes dirtier -Riff Raff starting to move in (cops have been around a few times) -A ton of families have moved in and their kids are always playing in the roads -Kitchen is really small
The Ugly: -The management! The girl who is supposed to be in the office is never there, even during the few scheduled hours she is supposed to keep. She never even returns phone calls! -Rent goes through the roof after your first year. -Don't even think about breaking your lease. It'll cost you your first born child.
