Great maintenance staff I lived here for one year, the office staff is helpful, the maintenance staff was always there, immediately. Great place to live. There was some trouble with people smoking in the halls but the office took care of it. Then the people smoked by the front

I like Brookmeadow Brookmeadow is a nice community. Its quiet, and has a peaceful setting. Very convenient location too, right by 96. Rent is a good price Id say, I was paying 100 more for a place half as nice as this about 2 years ago. Its a pretty good deal here, check it out.

nice apts Never really had any problems. Rates were good, staff was helpful, neighbors were cool. Well maintained and safe neighborhood. Grandville is a nice area. If youre lookin for a place, I recommend checking this place out.

Affordable place to live Lived here for a while and had no complaints. Staff was decent, parking wasnt bad and neighbors were cool. Never really noticed any crimes or trouble going on or anything like that. Rent was pretty affordable too. Definitely a great starter place to live.

pretty nice place to live I've lived at brookmeadow for 2 years now. never really had any problems. Mgmt is good and maintenance was pretty quick to fix issues.

Great bargain- above average for the area! Nice place to stay before my move to Cali- I lived here for almost 2 years and never had any complaints. It was a great place to live for the price!
