Very pricey... External looks good... Needs interior improvements

What do you expect for $700 per month' Working air conditioning, modernized interior' You get jack. The apartments were built in the 1940's / 50's and were kept up to code since then. None of the interiors are modernized except for the newer buildings on the NORTH SIDE of 8 mile.

It suffices for those who want to live within Wayne County however, for the same amount of monies, you could rent a HOUSE in Dearborn.
