I lived there for only one year, and moved out at the first opportunity. The biggest problem was the office staff. They were not helpful, very nasty attitudes. It took many calls to get maintenance to perform duties that were already problems before moving in. The rent is to high, very small kitchens, no dishwasher, no central air (just a barely working air conditioner), Landscapers work to early in the morning, and there were to many residents vehicle and not enough parking spaces. You will get a parking ticket if you park on the side, when there were no more parking spaces available. Also the fitness center closes early at 9pm and totally outdated equipment. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME SPENDING THE NIGHT THERE!!
