I recently went to see if their 2 bedroom unit would be a place for me and my child to live in and I was surprised. First of all, it didn't look like it was the square footage quoted, the kitchen had just enough room to turn around in to get from the stove to the fridge to the small cabinets and back. The appliances were extremely old and worn. The cabinets were old and outdated plywood. The balcony was unstable and unstaff. The banister on the balcony was ready to fall. One of the bathrooms had tile falling, missing and chipped. It needed a serious meeting with a tube of calk! The bedrooms were very small and it smelled a little damp. These apartments are old and in serious need of repair and updates. The exterior was in serious need of paint, and the mailboxes are rusted and outside of the apartment buildings. I saw strange individuals walking around the complex in a daze. The windows were drafty and in need of replacement, including screens. The parking lots were really messy, broken cement, and the car ports were ready to fall down on top of the cars parked there. I wouldn't want to live there. The person showing me the apartment said that the exterior would be painted, but you could clearly see that it was in disrepair for several years.
