I lived in Eastland village for one year. I had problems with tenants from the start. There are a lot of mentally ill people living in Eastland village. I don't know why but crazy people are drawn there.I had mold in my heating system which gave my heat a awful ordor. The screen fell out the first day we moved in. I had a moldy smell coming from under my sinks. The knobs on the faucets leaked the entire time. All of this was brought to the Attention of Management who did nothing. Tenants break in to other tenants storage areas on a regular basis. If anyone likes living in Eastland Village it is because they are from the ghetto and don't know any better.
