First of all, what is the problem with maintenance for some strange reason it seems like the techs are never qualified to do the job. Also, with all the money this place makes every month one would think there would be minimum issues, but no, the inside corridors never get cleaned, everything is old in the apartments, and I'm almost 100% sure it is not up to code. Think before you move in, it is just terible the return on investment this place makes, and the apartment complex might only get a fraction of this for improvement.
