In the beginning my experience with EVA was favorable. Last year, management moved a family into our building knowing that they had a roach problem (the family lived in another building at EVA). Presently, the entire building is experiencing a roach problem. These roaches do not appear to be your normal roaches (if there is such a thing). They appear to be genetically altered. They are climbing up and down the walls in the hallway, up and down the stairs in the hallway, and in and out of heat vents. Unfortunately, the management team appears to be lacking in this area of expertise. In general, the property has gone down. Every negative thing posted on this site is true. When my lease expires, I AM GONE.
